#4 - Kyle Higham (Captain Quark)

Kyle is from New Zealand. He is well respected for the quality of his maps as you will see in the series!

For this series, Kyle is converting four maps (maybe more):

The first is Lepänmaa. Kyle has converted this map before, but is reconverting it with new trees. The image can be found here:

#3 - Laurence Quinn (lorrieq)

Laurence is from Ireland and was at EYOC in Serbia and Spain. He is one of the few players that is much better at CF than in real life :) He has just completed his San Giovanni Tour.

For this series, Laurence is converting two maps (maybe more):

The first is Putignano. The image can be found here:

#2 - Martin Sundlof (sundlof)

Martin is from Sweden and is in Gavle OK. He has been injured for close to two years now, but remains on of the best players in Catching Features. He is known for his 32 competition-series on the large Bjorke map. He hopes to re-convert some areas soon with the shrinking technique.

For this series, Martin is converting one map:

It is called Skattungbyn. This is a map from the area EOC 2012 will be held. Image can be found here:

Lukas is from Italy and represented his country at JWOC MTB-O in 2010. He has created many maps for CF before including a series on the training maps of six days to Tyrol and is currently halfway through his ITA-Tour.

For this series, Lukas is converting two maps:

The first is Passo Coe. Image can be found here:

CF-Spring/Summer-Tour Announced!

The idea was thought up by Kyle Higham. There was a quick response and now numerous map-makers have been in touch to say that they would like to contribute to the series.
Because we want to make these competitions very nice, the series is set to commence in March. This will give the map-makers time to perfect their maps for the series, and if needed give them time to trace images of cool maps.
Right now, we have got five map-makers who have responded, and it has only been three days since the idea was announced. More info will follow on the map-makers and what areas they have chosen to convert.

If you are a CF player and reading this, please contribute you're own map or send OCAD files to any map-maker if you are not confident in your own converting abilities! Maps must be of a decent standard...
